FRESH PEACH PIE 
1 baked pie shell (cooled)
3/4 c. water
1 c. sugar
1 1/2 tbsp. cornstarch
3 lg. tbsp. peach jello

Put water, sugar, cornstarch together and cook until clear, then add the peach jello. Cool mixture. Slice 5-6 peaches in cool pie shell. Pour sugar mixture over the peaches and refrigerate top with whipped cream.
