FRESH PEACH PIE 
1 c. mashed peaches
1/2 c. water
2 tbsp. butter
1 c. sugar
2 tbsp. cornstarch

Combine above ingredients in heavy sauce pan and bring to boil (stirring constantly). Boil for 1 minute without stirring. Remove from heat. Cool.

Pour over: 3 cups sliced peaches (fresh) in a baked pie shell (9 inch). Serve with whipped cream if desired.
