FRESH PEACH PIE 
1 c. sugar
2 1/2 tbsp. cornstarch
1 c. crushed fresh peaches
Fresh peaches, enough to fill pie crust
Baked pie crust

Boil first 3 ingredients together for 2 minutes or until clear. Add 1 tablespoon butter then spoon over peaches in the pie crust. Refrigerate.
