IMPOSSIBLE CHEESE CAKE PIE 
3/4 c. milk
2 tsp. vanilla
2 eggs
1 c. sugar
1/2 c. Bisquick
2 (8 oz.) pkgs. cream cheese, softened, cut into 1/2" cubes

Place milk, vanilla, eggs, sugar and Bisquick into a blender. Cover and blend on high speed for 15 seconds. Add cream cheese and blend on high for 2 minutes. Pour into a greased 9" pie plate and bake at 350 degrees until center is firm, about 40 to 45 minutes. Let cool.

TOPPING:

1 c. sour cream
2 tbsp. sugar
2 tsp. vanilla

Mix topping ingredients and add to cheese cake. Garnish with fruit if desired.
