1 lb. ground meat
1 1/2 c. chopped onion
1 c. shredded Cheddar cheese
1 1/2 c. milk
1/4 tsp. pepper
1/2 tsp. salt
3 eggs
3/4 c. Bisquick

Cook and stir ground meat and onions until brown. Drain; stir in salt and pepper. Spread in 10 inch greased pan. Sprinkle with cheese. Beat remaining ingredients until smooth. Pour over meat. Bake 30 minutes at 400 degrees.
