IMPOSSIBLE CHEESE PIE 
4 eggs
2 c. milk
3/4 c. sugar
1/2 stick butter
1/2 tsp. vanilla
1/2 c. Bisquick
1 c. shredded coconut
1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese

Put all ingredients in blender for 2 minutes at medium speed. Put in buttered 10 inch pie plate. Bake first 15 minutes at 400 degrees, then 350 degrees for 35 minutes.
