Ham - Noodle Casserole

Overall the recipe is good, I used cream of mushroom soup because I didn't have cream of chicken on hand. The only issue was that 325°F was not nearly hot enough to cook through the casserole or even brown the top in 25 minutes. I'm wondering if it should read 375°F? It tasted great after I put it back in the oven and heated it through.

Hubby & I thought this to be delish and satisfying. The only thing I did differently was to add more cheese to the sauce (1/4 cup) and I put it under the broiler for about 3 min to get the breadcrumbs browned. I think it is a good staple recipe for leftover ham.

I really liked the recipe - I agree that 325°F was not hot enough. I put it in at 350°F and it stayed for an hour. I also added Parmesan cheese to the recipe itself not just on top. My family loved it though.
