MILNOT MIRACLE CHEESE CAKE | |
![]() 1 pkg. (3 oz.) lemon gelatin 3 tbsp. lemon juice 1 c. sugar 1 can (13 oz.) Milnot 1/2 c. butter, melted 1 c. boiling water 1 pkg. (8 oz.) cream cheese 1 tbsp. vanilla 3 c. fine graham cracker crumbs Dissolve gelatin in boiling water. Add lemon juice; cool. Cream together cream cheese, sugar and vanilla. Add gelatin; mix well. Whip Milnot and fold into gelatin mixture. Add melted butter to graham cracker crumbs. Firmly pack two-thirds of this mixture in bottom and up sides of a 9x13 inch pan. Add filling and sprinkle with remaining crumbs. Chill several hours. Cut into squares and serve. Makes 12 servings. Optional: Add nuts and pineapple, if desired. |
