SUPREME CHEESECAKE 
2 boxes lemon Jell-O
1 1/2 c. boiling water
1 1/4 c. lemon juice
1 (8 oz.) cream cheese
1 c. sugar
1 tsp. vanilla
1 can Milnot
1/2 c. melted butter
3 c. graham crackers

Dissolve Jell-O in boiling water and lemon juice; set in refrigerator to thicken. Mix cheese and vanilla and sugar. Add to lemon mixture. Whip Milnot to firm peaks and fold into lemon and cheese mixture.

Crust:

1/2 c. melted butter
3 c. graham cracker crumbs

Mix together and press in an oblong pan. Save 1/2 cup crumbs for top. Pour lemon mixture in and sprinkle crumbs on top.
