SUB GUM YUK 
1 can condensed cream of mushroom soup
1/4 c. water
1 c. diced leftover pork, beef or chicken
1 c. sliced celery
1/4 c. chopped onion
Salt and pepper to taste
2 tsp. soy sauce or sherry
1/4 c. chopped cashews or walnuts

Put 3/4 can chow mein noodles in a bowl. Add all of the above ingredients. Put into a buttered casserole dish. Top with rest of the noodles. You can use more chopped nuts if you like a crunchy topping. Bake uncovered at 350 degrees for 30 minutes.
