“HAM AND POTATO CASSEROLE” IS IN:

HAM AND POTATO CASSEROLE 
1 lb. ham, cut into chunks
6 or 7 medium potatoes, sliced
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1/2 medium onion, diced
1/4 cup diced Velveeta cheese
3/4 can milk
1/2 tsp. pepper

Mix all ingredients together. Put in 2-quart buttered casserole. Dot top with butter.

Bake at 350°F for 1 to 1 1/2 hours.

Liked this recipe. Cooked potatoes 10 minutes in boiling water. Easily peeled and sliced them.
