QUICK 'N EASY PEACH COBBLER 
1 (16 oz.) can sliced peaches with syrup
1 c. sugar
1 c. self-rising flour
1 c. milk
1 stick melted butter (optional)

Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Pour all ingredients into large bowl; mix until well blended. Pour into ungreased 13x9x2 aluminum pan. Bake 30-45 minutes or until golden brown. Top with vanilla ice cream.

A lady at my church gave me this recipe about 25 years ago and I have been making it since then. Easy to remember and always a big hit. The only thing I do different is that I don't add the peaches until the batter is in the pan. You can even add all the juice of the peaches depending on how you like it. One other thing that made a BIG difference is I sprinkled with cinnamon before baking and it went from good to great with that one thing. Delicious right out of the oven with a scoop of vanilla ice cream right on top!
