GRILLED LAMB CHOPS 
6-8 loin lamb chops, 1 inch thick, trimmed

MARINADE:

1 tsp. dry mustard
1 tsp. Worcestershire
1/4 tsp. paprika
1/2 tsp. salt
2 cloves garlic, pressed
3 tbsp. vinegar
5 tbsp. olive oil

Marinate chops for at least 3 hours. Cook over grill, basting frequently. Cook about 6 minutes a side for medium.

Fantastic recipie. Used Fox Balsamic vinegar and fresh garlic mustard and red wine vinegar. SO good! Moist, flavorful. Yum!

This recipe is awesome, I used it tonight and the lamb chops came out delicious and tender. I only marinated for an hour and they still came out really good. I did use the double the recipe because I had more chops to prepare. Putting them on the grill were even better. I will definitely be using this again, maybe on my next bbq.
