Grandma Meyer's White Bread - Recipe

GRANDMA MEYER'S WHITE BREAD
1 cup warm milk 1/2 teaspoon salt 1 tablespoon butter 3 cups bread flour 3 tablespoon sugar 1 1/2 teaspoons yeast Put ingredients in 1 lb. bread machine in the exact order given. Start the bread machine. I use the light setting in my bread machine. You may also use the rapid cycle on your machine. Because of the milk and butter it's not recommended to use the delay cycle. I've named this after my grandma because this is the home made bread taste I remember from my childhood. Submitted by: Nancy Gregor

Awesome recipe, I changed it a bit one day becasue I was low on ingredients so I used 1/2 cup of milk and 1/2 cup hot water instead of all milk and I used 2 cups w/w flour and 1 cup white flour--looked great, tasted great....normally with the breadmaker I dont like to sub anything but great recipe!!
