BEAN SPROUT NAMASU | |
1 pkg. bean sprouts 2 tbsp. vinegar 3 tbsp. sugar 1/4 tsp. salt 1 tbsp. lemon juice 1 tsp. sesame seeds, toasted & ground Wash and cook bean sprouts in boiling water for 2 minutes. Drain. Combine vinegar, sugar and salt; heat until sugar is dissolved. Add lemon juice. Cool. Pour over cooked bean sprouts and toss gently. Garnish with toasted ground sesame seeds. |
