BEAN SPROUT CASSEROLE | |
1 can bean sprouts 1 can mushrooms 1 can water chestnuts, sliced 1 can mushroom soup 1 pkg. frozen peas, cooked (not long) 1/2 lb. cheddar cheese, grated 1 can French fried onions Drain bean sprouts, mushrooms, and water chestnuts. Combine first 5 ingredients and put in casserole dish. Sprinkle cheese over, then cover with onions. Bake covered at 350 degrees for 20-30 minutes and then uncovered for 5 more minutes. |
