BEAN SPROUT, CELERY AND APPLE SALAD | |
1 (1 lb.) can bean sprout 1 c. chopped celery 1 med. red apple, chopped (unpeeled) 1 green onion, minced 1/2 c. well seasoned French or Preferred dressing 1/2 pound fresh bean sprouts may be used for canned. Fresh sprouts should be covered with boiling water, let stand for 2 minutes, drain and cool. Mix all ingredients together. Serves 4 to 6 people. Serve immediately. |
