MEATLOAF FOR 50 PEOPLE 
9 lbs. lean ground beef or meat loaf mix
8 eggs
1 1/2 c. chopped onions
2 c. milk
1/4 c. prepared mustard
2 cans Campbell's tomato soup, undiluted
1/4 c. Worcestershire sauce
1/4 c. salt
1 tbsp. black pepper
2 (10 oz.) pkgs. unseasoned bread crumbs

Combine all ingredients. Form into 5 (3 pound) loaves. Bake, covered, 2 hours at 325 degrees. Then uncover to brown, if desired.

I served this tonight at church with Tater Tots and it was a great hit. I forgot to cover the loaves when I cooked them so they had a crust on top but everyone seemed to like that. People were coming back for seconds. Now they all think I am a great cook. I don't think I will disabuse them of that idea.

This was delicious, we made this recipe for 100 and made them in muffin tins for feeding the homeless and it was a huge hit. We baked at 375°F for 35-40 minutes and it was very moist.
