HAMBURGER VEGETABLE SOUP | |
1 lb. ground meat 1/2 cup chopped onion 1 12 oz. can of V-8 Juice 7 cups beef broth 3 cups frozen mixed vegetables 2 sliced carrots 2 potatoes, peeled and diced 1/4 tsp. celery salt salt and pepper, to taste Brown hamburger meat with onion in a large pot. When the meat is browned, drain off all excess fat and discard. Add the remaining ingredients and simmer for 30 minutes. Serve with cornbread for a tasty meal. Submitted by: Kathy Loter |
