BANANA NUT BREAD 
2 cups flour
1 tsp. baking soda
scant 1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 cup butter
1 cup sugar
2 eggs
1 tsp. vanilla
3 or 4 small bananas, mashed
1 cup chopped nuts

Sift together flour, baking soda and salt. Cream butter. Add sugar, eggs and vanilla. Stir until thoroughly mixed. Stir in mashed bananas. Fold in dry ingredients and nuts.

Bake in a well greased loaf pan or 8-inch square cake pans. Bake at 350°F for 1 hour or until tests done.

Easy recipe, next time I make them I'll use less sugar. Other than that they are great.
