BEEF TENDERLOIN 
Whole beef tenderloin (2 1/2-3 lb.)
Seasonings - your favorite

Have meat at room temperature. Season. Preheat oven to 500 degrees. Quickly put in oven. Bake at 500 degrees for 15 minutes. Turn off oven. Leave in oven for 15 minutes. Do not open oven! Meat will be medium rare.
