CHICKEN CORDON BLEU | |
3 boneless skinless chicken breasts 3 slices Swiss cheese 3 slices ham 1 pkg. chicken coating (I use Shake & Bake) 1-2 eggs 1/4 cup milk several round tooth picks Butterfly chicken breast and pound thin. Add 1 slice of favorite Swiss cheese then add 1 slice of favorite ham. Then roll up chicken breast and secure with tooth picks. Repeat. Dip each breast into egg and milk wash. Roll chicken breasts in breading and coat thoroughly. Place on a non-stick baking sheet or a non-stick foil sheet. Bake at 400°F for 35 to 40 minutes or until done. Serves 3.
