GUACAMOLE DIP 
5 large avocados
1 medium garlic clove, minced
2 1/2 tbsp. lemon juice
1 tsp. salt
Tostitos or tortilla chips

Peel and chop avocados into a bowl. Mash with garlic, lemon juice and salt until mixture is smooth and creamy. Serve with Tostitos or chips. If this is prepared ahead of time, cover with plastic wrap and refrigerate.

You may use lime juice, 1 tablespoon, and minced onions. Add tomatoes for color and taste. Chop tomatoes up fine.
