Delicious beyond description! My family eats a lot of chicken prepared in many ways, but this one tops them all. I've made it on the grill and also in the oven, with a slight variation. I left out the curry, used regular table salt, and reduced the soy sauce to 3 tbsp. I mixed all ingredients in a zip-loc bag with chicken pieces to coat before cooking. An absolutely wonderful recipe, that takes no time at all to prepare.

I didn't omit one thing and marinated 3 large boneless skinless chicken breasts for 4 hours. Perfect! And yes, don't leave out any of the ingredients. I grilled them on my infared grill. Awesome flavor!

GREAT!!! I've been eating a lot of chicken lately, and this is by far the best recipe I've tried! I didn't have curry, so I didn't use that, and I added a little more garlic, and I let it sit in the marinade for about three hours.. So good!! I used some of the sauce and cooked up some veggies on the stove.

This was the best grilled chicken I have every had. I was prepared for it to be boring, but WOW what a nice favor and made the chicken tender and juicy. Fifteen people at the barbecue said the same thing!

I made this recipe as instructed except I used 1/4 cup of corn oil and no olive oil and I added 1/4 cup of sake (rice wine)... it was delicious!
