I'm new at sugar free baking. These were easy and good. I added nutmeg, allspice and clove for a little spice.

 Nancy (California) says:
These cookies taste good. But I only made 2 dozen, not 6 dozen. I made them for my mom, on mother's day.

So these were pretty easy... However add sugar twin at your own risk. I used Splenda and it calls for 1&1/3 cup... I would probably do 3/4 cup. At least that's how I'm going to try it next time...

Easy recipe, good tasting. Doubled the recipe and made only 6 dozen small cookies. Knowing this, I would still make them again.

 Heather (Ontario) says:
1 1/3 cup sugar twin is far to much. I used 1/8 cup and it turned out just fine. Yields 14 cookies. Cooked for 11 minutes at 350 low fan convection oven.

I didn't want 6 dozen, so I mixed a half recipe. Only enough to make 7 cookies! If they taste good, I'll make a full recipe next time
