SUGAR FREE OATMEAL COOKIES 
1/4 c. nonfat dry milk
1/4 c. ice water
1/2 c. raisins
1/2 c. water
1/2 c. butter
1/4 c. brown sugar substitute
1 egg
1 tsp. vanilla
1 tsp. baking soda
1 c. flour

Beat together dry milk and ice water. Cook raisins and water until plump, drain, save water. Beat together butter, brown sugar substitute, egg, and vanilla for 1 minute. Sift together baking soda and flour and add to above plus water from the raisins. Beat all ingredients 2 minutes on low.

Stir in 1 cup rolled oats and stir until just blended. Drop by teaspoons on ungreased cookie sheet 2-inches apart.

Bake at 350°F for 12-15 minutes.
