CHICKEN CORDON BLEU 
I like to serve this with rice on the side.

4 boneless chicken breasts, cut in half lengthwise
8 slices bacon
8 slices Swiss cheese
1 pint (2 cups) dairy sour cream
2 cans mushroom soup

Stuff each 1/2 chicken breast with one slice Swiss cheese and one slice of ham. Then wrap and secure each chicken breast with bacon. Pour sour cream and mushroom soup, mixed together, over the chicken.

Bake, uncovered, in casserole dish at 275°F for 3 hours.

Serves 8.
