CELERY-APPLE SALAD 
1 (3 oz.) pkg. cherry Jello
1 c. hot water
1/4 c. cinnamon candies
1/2 c. boiling water
1 c. chopped apples
1 c. chopped celery
1/2 c. chopped California walnuts

Dissolve Jello in 1 cup hot water. Add cinnamon candies to 1/2 cup boiling water. Stir to dissolve. Add enough water to make 1 cup liquid. Add to dissolved Jello. Cool until partially set. Add remaining ingredients. Pour into 1 quart mold. Chill until firm. Serve on crisp lettuce.
