CINNAMON CRUNCH OR APPLE -
CELERY SALAD
 
1 pkg. raspberry flavored gelatin (6 oz.)
2 c. hot water
1/2 c. red cinnamon candies
1 c. boiling water
2 c. chopped pared apples
2 c. chopped celery
1 c. chopped California walnuts

Dissolve gelatin in 1 cup hot water. Add cinnamon candies to 1 cup boiling water; stir to dissolve. Add enough water to make 2 cups liquid. Add to dissolved gelatin. Cool until partially set. Add remaining ingredients. Chill until firm. Serve on crispy lettuce. Serves 6-8.
