1 white cake mix, mixed as usual
4 c. rhubarb
1 c. sugar
1 pt. whipping cream

Pour cake mix in greased and floured 9 x 13-inch pan. Sprinkle rhubarb over cake mix, then 1 cup sugar, then pour over whipping cream. Bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour.
