1 c. flour
5 tbsp. powdered sugar
1/2 c. butter
2 beaten eggs
1 1/2 c. sugar
1/4 c. flour
3/4 tsp. salt
2 c. rhubarb, diced

Mix together the 1 cup of flour, powdered sugar, and butter as for pie crust. Put in a 9x9 pan and bake for 15 minutes at 350 degrees.

Mix together the eggs, sugar, 1/4 cup flour and salt. When well mixed add the rhubarb. Add this mixture on top of the crust and bake for an additional 35 minutes at 350 degrees.
