BETTY CROCKER BREAD PUDDING | |
2-1/2 cups milk 4 eggs 2 tsp. vanilla 1/2 tsp. salt 1 tsp. cinnamon 5 cups (3-day old) bread, use crust 3/4 cup raisins 1 cup brown sugar In a 9x13-inch glass dish, mix milk and eggs with fork. Add vanilla, salt, cinnamon, bread, raisins and brown sugar. The crustier the bread, the better the pudding. Lightly mix in the last 6 ingredients. Bake in large pan of water at 350°F for 40 minutes or until knife comes out clean. Can divide recipe for smaller amount. |
