NOODLES AU TIM 
1 (10 oz.) pkg. med. noodles
2 c. creamed cottage cheese
2 c. sour cream
1/4 c. butter, melted
1/4 c. onion, chopped
1 clove garlic, minced
1 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
Dash of Tabasco
Salt & pepper to taste
Grated Parmesan cheese (1 c.)

Cook noodles in boiling salted water for 10 minutes. Drain the noodles and rinse in cold water. Combine cottage cheese, sour cream, butter, onion, garlic, Worcestershire sauce, Tabasco and salt and pepper in mixing bowl. Stir in noodles and pour into a buttered 2 quart casserole. Bake at 350 degrees for 45 minutes. Serve hot with a side dish of grated Parmesan cheese. Can be prepared ahead.
