If you want to make a NO EGG (EGGLESS), NO BUTTER (BUTTERLESS), NO MILK (MILKLESS) cake, this is it! If your pantry is empty of self-rising flour, make your own by adding 1 teaspoon baking powder to each cup of regular sifted all-purpose flour. If you don't have any lard on hand, use vegetable oil. I also add a pinch of salt (you must have that!) Enjoy!
