FROSTED CARROT BARS 
Bars:

4 eggs
1 cup brown sugar
1 cup white sugar
1 1/2 cups vegetable oil
2 cups sifted all-purpose flour
2 tsp. baking soda
2 tsp. cinnamon
1 tsp. salt
3 cups grated carrots
1/2 cup flaked coconut
1/2 cup walnuts

Beat eggs until light, gradually beat in sugars, alternately add oil and flour sifted with baking soda, cinnamon and salt. Mix well.

Fold in carrots, coconut and walnuts. Pour in 13x9x2-inch pan.

Bake in preheated oven at 350°F for 25 to 30 minutes.

Icing:

3 oz. pkg. cream cheese
1 tablespoon milk
1/8 tsp. salt
1 tsp. vanilla

Mix together then add:

2 1/2 cups confectioners' sugar

Frost while still warm.
