FROSTED CARROT BARS 
4 eggs, beaten
2 1/2 c. flour
2 c. sugar
2 tsp. cinnamon
2 tsp. baking soda
1 tsp. salt
1 c. oil
2 c. cooked carrots, mashed
1/2 c. chopped nuts
1/2 c. raisins

Mix together and pour into a greased 13 x 9 inch pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 35 minutes. Frost with a vanilla frosting and cut into bars.
