CARROT BARS - CREAM CHEESE
FROSTING
 
1 pkg. carrot cake mix
3 eggs
1 c. raisins
2/3 c. oil
1 c. chopped nuts
1 (8 oz.) cream cheese
1 stick butter
1 box powdered sugar
1 tsp. vanilla

Combine dry cake mix, eggs and oil in large bowl. Stir in nuts and raisins. Spread evenly in 9 x 13 inch pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 25 to 30 minutes. Cool and frost.

CREAM CHEESE FROSTING: Beat softened cream cheese and butter until well mixed. Add powdered sugar and vanilla. Beat well. Can also add additional nuts if desired.
