CARROT BARS 
2 c. flour
2 c. sugar
2 tsp. baking soda
1 tsp. salt
1 1/2 tsp. cinnamon
1 1/4 c. salad oil
2 sm. cans baby food carrots
4 eggs

Mix all above ingredients except eggs in pan. Then add eggs one at a time, beating well after each. Bake in large sheet cake pan at 325 degrees for 30 minutes. If you do not have large sheet cake pan, use 2 regular size pans.

FROSTING:

1 sm. pkg. cream cheese
1/4 stick butter
2 1/2 c. powdered sugar
2 tsp. vanilla (imitation)
