RHUBARB BARS 
1 c. flour
2 tbsp. flour
1/4 tsp. salt
1 tsp. baking powder
1 pkg. strawberry Jello
3 c. chopped rhubarb

TOPPING:

1/2 c. flour
1 c. sugar
1/3 c. butter

Mix flour, butter, salt and baking powder and pat into 8"x8" pan. Lay in rhubarb then sprinkle Jello evenly over rhubarb. Mix topping together and sprinkle on top. Bake 350 degrees for 30 to 40 minutes.
