QUICK AND EASY BREAKFAST
CASSEROLE
 
4 slices bread
1 lb. sausage or chopped ham
1 c. grated sharp Cheddar cheese
6 eggs
2 c. milk
1 tsp. dry mustard
1 tsp. salt
Dash pepper

Tear up bread and place in greased 9 x 13 x 2 inch baking dish. Brown and drain meat in skillet; spoon over bread. Sprinkle with cheese next. Beat together the eggs, milk, mustard, salt and pepper. Pour over mixture in baking dish and bake in preheated 350 degree oven for 35 to 40 minutes. Cheese will rise to the top while baking. This can also be prepared the night before and stored in refrigerator.
