MOM'S QUICK AND EASY CASSEROLE
DISH
 
1 lb. hamburger or 2 c. cubed ham
1 lb. twists (Mueller's pasta)
2 cans soup (cream of chicken or mushroom, Cheddar cheese)
1 soup can full of milk
1 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen mixed vegetables
2 c. shredded Cheddar cheese

Cook and scramble hamburger. Salt and pepper to taste. Drain. Cook pasta according to package. Cook frozen vegetables according to package. Mix soups and milk together. Add pasta, meat, and vegetables. Place this mixture into a 13 x 9 inch pan and sprinkle with the cheese. Bake at 350 degrees until cheese melts (approximately 15 minutes). Katrina likes a tossed salad and a fruit plate to complete the meal.

Simple to make, and fed everyone for 2 days. An extra can of cream of mushroom for a creamier taste. I used fettuccine noodles as well. Yummy
