QUICK AND EASY CHEESE ENCHILADA
CASSEROLE
 
1 lb. ground beef
1 small pkg. tortillas
chili powder to taste
chopped onions
6 oz. American cheese
1/2 c. water
salt to taste
1 tsp. oil
1 small pkg. Mozzarella cheese

Cook hamburger and add onions on low heat. Chop tortillas into hamburger. Add oil and let tortillas soften. Add chili to taste; and 1/2 cup water to casserole. Add both cheeses and let melt.
