CREAM OF MUSHROOM CHICKEN 
3 boneless chicken breasts, skinned
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 tsp. lemon juice
1 1/2 c. fresh mushroom or 2 sm. cans of mushrooms
1 sm. onion
Salt and pepper

Step 1: Cut chicken breasts in half and arrange in a large baking dish.

Step 2: Combine cream of mushroom soup, lemon juice, mushrooms, diced onion and salt and pepper; mix well.

Step 3: Spread evenly on chicken breasts.

Step 4: Bake in 350 degree oven for 1 hour.
