QUICK AND EASY CASSEROLE | |
1 lb. hamburger Salt and pepper 24 oz. hash browns, thawed 1 can cream of mushroom soup 1 c. sour cream 2 c. shredded cheddar cheese 1 med. onion, chopped 2 can (2.8 oz.) french fried onions Brown hamburger and onion with salt and pepper using slotted spoon. Place in 9 x 13 inch pan. Mix remaining ingredients except canned onion. Spread over hamburger. Bake for 30 minutes at 350 degrees. Top with canned onions. Bake until bubbly. |
