CANDY COATED POPCORN 
1/2 c. water
1 c. sugar
1/4 tsp. salt
1 tsp. vinegar
1/2 tsp. caramel coloring (optional)
2 tbsp. Karo dark or light corn syrup
2 qt. popped popcorn

Combine water, sugar, salt, and vinegar and bring to a boil; boil 3 minutes and stir occasionally.

Stir in syrup; boil until a small amount hardens in cold water (300-310°F). Remove from heat; stir in coloring. Add popcorn and mix well using spoon.
