RHUBARB CUSTARD KUCHEN 
CRUST:

1/2 c. butter, melted
1/4 c. sugar
1 egg yolk
1 1/4 c. flour
1 tsp. salt
4 c. rhubarb

FILLING:

1 egg white
4 eggs
1 tsp. salt
1 1/2 c. sugar
1 c. milk
1 (14 oz.) can condensed milk

Use pie blender to mix. Pat into bottom and up sides of 9"x13" pan. Combine 1 tablespoon sugar and 1 tablespoon flour and sprinkle on crust. Cut up rhubarb and spread on crust. Mix filling and pour over rhubarb. Bake in 350 degree oven for 1 hour.

Kuchen is the best dessert. I just want to help people pronounce it though, it is pronounced (coo gun) and not (cut chin).

Great recipe, exactly what I was looking for! (and, for the pronunciation record, it is a German word for "cake," and is properly pronounced, "Kyoo-kgheh." The ch is almost like you are trying to hack up a hair ball...lol!)
