RHUBARB CUSTARD PIE 
1 1/2 c. sugar
3 tbsp. flour
3 c. cut up rhubarb
1 tbsp. butter
2 beaten eggs
9" pie crust

Beat sugar, flour, eggs and butter until smooth and syrupy. Add rhubarb. Pour into a 9 inch pie crust. Bake at 450 degrees for 10 minutes and then at 350 degrees for 30 minutes. Makes 8 servings.
