RHUBARB CUSTARD PIE 
1 1/4 c. sugar
1/2 tsp. nutmeg
2 well beaten eggs
3 c. cut rhubarb
3 tbsp. flour
1 tbsp. butter
Double recipe plain pie crust

Blend sugar, flour, nutmeg and butter. Add eggs; beat smooth. Place rhubarb in 9 inch pie pan with crust. Pour over mixture over rhubarb. Cover with second crust. Sprinkle a little sugar on crust before you bake it. Bake at 450 degrees for 10 minutes, then 350 degrees for 30 minutes.
