RHUBARB CUSTARD PIE | |
1 3/4 c. sugar 1/2 tsp. salt 1/2 tsp. cinnamon 7 tbsp. flour 2 eggs 2 tbsp. melted butter 3 c. rhubarb Combine sugar, salt, cinnamon, flour, eggs and butter. Add rhubarb. Place in pie crust (9 or 10-inch). Bake 50 minutes at 375°F. |
