“EASIEST CHICKEN THIGHS” IS IN:

EASIEST CHICKEN THIGHS 
chicken thighs (from one to many)
olive oil
seasoned salt (Lawry's)
freshly cracked pepper

Preheat oven to 400°F.

Pat dry each thigh completely. Brush each thigh on both sides with oil.

Sprinkle both sides of each thigh with seasoned salt. Sprinkle both sides of each thigh with pepper.

Lay thighs on baking sheet and bake in 400°F oven for 40 minutes.

Skin will be crispy and meat will be tender.

These were great! I have made them twice now; first time with four thighs and second time with just one thigh for a lunch. Both times the thighs were crisp and tender inside. Couldn't be more simple!
